In July 2014, the Australian government abolished compulsory licencing of travel agents, and the consumer protection scheme (Travel Compensation Fund). Main Beach Travel takes a multi-layered approach to ensure our clients’ funds are protected.
All client funds are held in a Trust Account and are only used to pay for travel on our client’s behalf. The Trust Account is independently audited annually by VINCENTS, Australia’s largest independent forensic accountants.
